At Rejuv Serenity, your appointment time is reserved just for you. In order to provide the highest level of service to all guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
   
• No-shows or repeat short-notice cancellations (3 or more occurrences) will require prepayment for all future services.
   
• Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time out of respect for the next guest’s appointment. Full treatment cost will still apply.

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any of the following:

• High blood pressure or heart conditions
   
• Recent surgeries or medical procedures
   
• Allergies or skin sensitivities
   
• Are pregnant or nursing
   
• Are taking any medications relevant to your treatment
